Es un sitio ideal para relajarse, para compartir en familia, es bastante cómodo, la limpieza excepcional, muy buena ubicación y el personal es supremamente atento y pendiente de lo que necesites. Sin duda alguna volvería!!

"Lovely hotel"

Lovely location, lovely building, lovely hosts. We were travelling with our son who needed to do some online work, and he was offered a separate room with good Internet. We also had our 9 month old grandson with us, and nothing was too much trouble to meet his needs. Thank you for making our stay such an enjoyable and relaxing time.

Nothing significant. A bit of noise from partying at a nearby property one night, but not a big problem.

"Fantástico hotel por sus personas, infraestructura y servicio!!!Volveré!"

Las personas Margareth, Francisco y Juan Camilo están súper pendientes de todos los detalles y brindan la mejor atención: cálida recepción, magnífico desayuno, jacuzzy climatizado y preparado a cualquier hora…Además la infraestructura y habitaciones son impecables: amplias, con balcón y vista a la represa, cómodo colchon y sábanas de algodón. Todo LIMPIO y en excelente estado. Incluso, olvidé unos AirPods al hacer check out y me los enviaron a mi casa en Bogotá!!! En resumen : Un hotel 10 en un hermoso lugar!!!

En el baño, un mayor espacio para colocar cepillos y elementos personales podría resultar mejor. Sin embargo lo que menos me gustó del alojamiento fue tener que abandonar el lugar luego de finalizar mi estancia.
