"COMFORTABLE STAY"

LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY IS GOOD. IT WAS A COMFORTABLE STAY WITH MINIMAL HASSLE AND QUICK CHECK-IN. THEY SHOULD PROVIDE WATSAPP NUMBER TO SHARE SOFT COPIES OF ID CARDS INSTEAD OF E-MAIL ID.

COMPLIMENTARY SOAP WAS NOT PROVIDED/FORGOTTEN ALTHOUGH I ASKED TO THE HOTEL STAFF . WATER BOTTLES SHOULD BE PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN ITSELF IF NOT KEPT IN THE ROOM.

Location

Receptionist was very rude and not respectful which has changed what ever good opinion I had. Bathroom is not neat. Room is always smelling with cigarette. Not ideal for family

"Very bad experience and I will never visit and book that hotel"

They were not happy to give rooms with your quilting online price reception one girl behaving very badly and now culture to behave with guests also online booking they were taking nearly1 hour time to allot room hotel is full of musqitos and full of fowl and stinky smell bed sheets towels. Over all very bad experience and rid behaviour of reception and with your price they are not even giving any respect to guest.
