"Sehr gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis"

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Frühstück ist für den Preis völlig ausreichend und gut. Sehr gute Anbindung am Straßenbahnnetz, so dass man schnell ohne Auto in die Altstadt kommt. Das Hauptgebäude ist im Jugendstil gebaut und historisch sehr schön und im Inneren sehr gut erhalten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

In der Dusche läuft das Wasser heraus, dadurch ist etwas Rutschgefahr gegeben. Badeschuhe sind hier von Vorteil 👍😊

Der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr nett und freundlich

Zimmer dreckig, roch nach abgestandener Luft und Urin (Toilette war nicht gespült). Matratze durchgelegen, Bettwäsche voller Fliegenexkremente, Asthmaanfälle wegen zu viel Staub

Sehr gute Lage, sehr ruhig und sehr gutes Frühstück.

Ein bisschen Komfort wäre nicht schlecht, z.B. Duschbad und die Dusche ist nicht abgedichtet, so ist das Wasser in der ganzen Nasszelle oder man bringt die Duschvorlage aus.
