Olympus Plaza Hotel

The location was good, not central but not too far from the main part. The bed was comfy and the towels fluffy. The shower was hot. The breakfast was very good, but the staff a little over attentive. The morning staff were spot on :) The views were lovely

The window frames were dirty, it would be good if they were cleaned after every booking! The room was a bit tired and in need of an update. The TV had very few channels.

This is wonderful location , friendly staff ( specially bar and restaurant ) Nice and clean room.

We were given rooms in the old wing, which were not upto standard (3 Rooms). Upon our complain we were given three other rooms but still they were not as good as the rooms we used in the new wing during our last vsist 6 weeks ago. In the room I stayed (Triple - Room number 635) sun was falling on glass panels from two sides (corner room), making the room warmer by 7 am. The hotel should have known this. When I checked-in, the manager wanted me to pay the full amount upfront. When I inquired why, I was told that people compalin on check out. What it implies is that compalints are happening on a regular basis. The breakfast on the 1st day was horribel. Chicken curry was served in a very small dish with no flesh but only bones. When we comlained , they brought anothr dish of chicken freshly prepared but it was half coocked. Inside was still raw. Due to this reason one couple left after two days but the hotel charged for 3 days stating that we have booked through booking.com and hence need to charge for all three days. One of them had a stomach disorder after consuming pasta (old pasta) on the first day night. Very unlikely that we will go there again.
