No thing every thing was awful

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of service and the substandard condition of the accommodations provided during my recent stay in Room 303. My negative experience began even before my arrival. I found the conduct of the Administrative Manager, Mr. Hassan, to be highly unprofessional and rude during our initial telephone communication. This set a very poor tone for the rest of my stay. Upon checking into Room 303, I found the accommodations to be entirely unacceptable. Specifically: • Room Condition: The overall state of the room was derelict and did not meet basic hospitality standards. • Air Conditioning: The unit was excessively loud, functioning more like a fan than a cooler, and it repeatedly shut down every thirty minutes. • Furniture & Amenities: The wardrobe was unusable as there were no facilities to hang clothes. The bed was in a dilapidated state, creaking loudly with the slightest movement. Furthermore, the refrigerator was non-functional, and the kettle was rusted. Regrettably, my initial complaints were completely ignored by the management. It was only after I explicitly stated my intention to post a negative review on Booking.com that any action was taken to upgrade and change my room. This experience reflects a significant lack of professional management and a disregard for guest comfort. I am deeply disappointed by the poor state of the facilities and the initial lack of accountability. I feel it is my responsibility to warn others against booking at this establishment

Locație bună în El Aheya, simplu, curat.

Late check-out-ul a fost foarte scump. Sora mea a uitat sa își scoată bagajul ca a plecat dimineața devreme și când s-a întors a trebuit sa plătească jumatate din prețul camerei pe noapte pentru 5 ore. Ft mult
