Z pozytywów - sympatyczna obsługa w dniu przyjazdu i na tym niestety koniec.

Mimo rezerwacji pokoju z łóżkiem podwójnym otrzymaliśmy pokój z dwoma pojedynczymi. W trakcie zamiany pokoju, skorzystaliśmy z basenu i sauny. Niestety, ale czystość, brak obsługi w strefie „spa”, jakość sauny oraz rodzaj posadzki (okropnie śliska podłoga) nie zatarły złego wrażenia. Następnie otrzymaliśmy pokój 3-os. ze złączonymi dwoma łóżkami, a nie z łóżkiem podwójnym. Pokoje ogólnie są stare i brudne. Ręczniki z widocznymi plamami, słuchawka pod prysznicem przeciekała, termostat temp. łazience nie działał. W pokoju było zimno. Śniadanie w hotelu poniżej przeciętnego standardu, a ekspres do kawy ewidentnie wymaga gruntownego czyszczenia.
