Pets weighing up to 10 kg are accepted. The limit is 1 (one) pet per apartment, and the pet fee is 30% of the guest's daily rate; Present an up-to-date vaccination card at the time of check-in. According to Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than their parents, written authorization will be required for the minor to check into the hotel. This authorization must be authenticated and signed by both parents, and presented together with certified copies of their identity documents. All minors under 18 years of age must also present a valid identification document with photo, proving their identity and that of their parents. This must be presented even if the minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it will be necessary to present an authenticated and signed authorization from the absent parent, together with a certified copy of the identity document of that parent. Children up to 7 years old sleeping in the same bed as their parents do not pay. To request an extra bed, the cost is R$ 70.00 + 2% per day, contact the hotel to check availability.
