Marelen Hotel Zakynthos

Rewelacyjny hotel, ładniejszy niż na zdjęciach. Blisko do plaży Kalamaki, na której można obserwować wylęg żółwi 🐢💚 i lądujące samoloty🛬Super jedzenie, naprawdę wyjątkowo smaczne i świeże. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Hotel przerósł nasze oczekiwania. Dziękujemy za wszystko💙

Location is good, was surprise that on breakfast they have fresh juice , hotel territory was renovated look modern , staff was nice

Rooms are super small , really have space for nothing. Also air conditioner is opposite the bed( never I saw so strange position for ac) is very bad because u get sick fast and if u have a baby is no possible to use at night. Bed and pillows also was uncomfortable. If is hotel 4 starts and u are upgrade the Hotel I think the rooms also need to fix that guest can sleep good . Some staff from reception was annoying

The breakfast was great.

The listing is misleading regarding parking. There is no reserved parking or allocation of one space per booking, as stated. In reality, there are only five parking spaces available for the entire complex, making it extremely difficult—if not impossible—to find a spot. Additionally, the outdoor parking is not secure. The rooms are significantly outdated, and the overall condition does not reflect the photos or description. We specifically chose this hotel because it mentioned reserved parking, which we only received on the first day. After requesting a space so I could safely park my car—the main reason for choosing this property—we noticed a clear change in the attitude of the staff. For the remainder of our stay, several team members treated us with visible discomfort or disapproval, which made our experience even more unpleasant.

Alles gut!

Πρωινό εξαιρετικό, ωραίες εγκαταστάσεις, το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και το σέρβις γρήγορο. Το δωμάτιο καθαρό και ήσυχο (από την πίσω πλευρά και μακριά από τις πισίνες). Τα παιδιά ξετρελάθηκαν με το παιδικό πάρκο και τις πισίνες! Η υπέροχη παραλία 3’ με τα πόδια.

Από το πρωινό μας έλειψε ο κρύος καφές- υπήρχε μόνο το αυτόματο μηχάνημα για ζεστό και οτιδήποτε άλλο ήταν μετά την λήξη του πρωινού και έξτρα (€). Γενικά, στην συνολική διαμονή, ενώ όλα είναι σε καλό επίπεδο, περίμενα κάτι περισσότερο για τα χρήματα που διαθέσαμε.

This was a lovely hotel with great staff and facilities. The rooms are of a high standard as are all the facilities around. We were half board. The food was very good and we the staff at breakfast and dinner were fantastic - very friendly and engaged with our children making them feel comfortable. There is so much food choice, you won’t be disappointed. The cocktail bar was a nice place to sit after dinner with 3 nights of entertainment, all of whom were excellent. I would highly recommend a stay here - you won’t be disappointed and it is within walking distance to a beautiful beach, as well as the local town centre.

We really did love everything, but if there was anything to change it would be to make all the areas at breakfast and lunch non-smoking, and maybe one extra night of entertainment as we loved it! The Greek night dinner was the best - we loved the local cuisine so to do more of that would make it exceptional!
