Breakfast was very basic but sufficient. Best location in Katowice, at central tram crossing, 5 min walk from main railway station and huge shopping centres. Just after arrival door key got stuck inside and I couldn't take it out. Hotel technician arrived immediately, found that one of fastening screws was missing and solved the problem in 5 minutes. Hotel staff is very polite. They allowed to keep my luggage for 6 hours after leaving the holtel.

I stayed in room 204 on second floor, where breakfasts are served and where cleaning staff is based. Just after 6 am they start cleaning and preparing breakfast. These ladies are very energetic and noisy and make it impossible to sleep. They are very enthusiastic, shout and laugh very loudly; make more noise than nearby trams. I understand they want to keep the hotel perfectly clean but it could be done calmly without unnecessary noise. However I think hotel is almost perfect and everything else is excellent. Maybe I will stay there again during my next visit to Katowice.

Nie korzystałam ze śniadania.

Niestety podobała mi się tylko lokalizacja.

Zapłaciłam za pokój 15m2, otrzymałam klitkę która razem z łazienką miała 10-11m2. Brudny brodzik, brudne podłogi, brudne ramy od drzwi, pod łóżkiem kołtuny. To jeszcze było do przeżycia. Najgorsze jednak było śniadanie - spleśniały chleb tostowy. Niestety pan na recepcji stwierdził, że nie wie jak to się stało i nawet nie przeprosił, ani nie podał świeżego twierdząc, że możemy zjeść płatki na mleku. Niestety porażka.
