Comfortable and clean room away from the road. Breakfast was good. Staff were very sweet.

Host is quite unapproachable and pushy. Trying to force you to eat at his restaurant and book things through him. not particularily friendly. Non existent WiFi only available in restaurant area. Steep stairs to room.

Spacious room and nice view

Before arriving, I tried to arrange Ende airport pick up and transport to Kelimutu with the owner. Despite multiple attempts, I received no details on cost or confirmation. When my flight was canceled due to volcanic ash, I drove 12 hours from Labuan Bajo, arriving at midnight. I messaged the owner several times about my late arrival as I worried no one would be around to let me in and asked about getting to Kelimutu for sunrise, but he never responded to my messages or phone calls. I grew concerned after reading negative reviews on Tripadvisor and ended up calling another guesthouse for a backup plan, despite having been charged for this one. On arrival at midnight, it was difficult to find the place in the dark, and there was no clear reception or office. After wandering for 15 minutes, I had to ask a passerby for help, who called into a window. Eventually, a young man came out and showed me the room. I then asked him about getting to Kelimutu but he said he knew nothing as he was a relative and new from Bali. As I was on the verge of tears he contacted a friend to take me at 5am to Kelimutu. At 5 a.m., no one showed up. I had to search the street for help, and luckily a kind neighbor stepped in and asked his son, who coincidentally was the person who was supposed to take me. We left at 5:30am, sunrise was over but I was glad to have made it to Kelimutu. I skipped breakfast to catch my flight, with the same neighbor giving me a ride to Ende airport. If it hadn’t been for these neighbors, the trip would have been a disaster. I believe I saw the owner on the way out and can’t believe the unresponsiveness and lack of care for his guests. The bungalow might be a decent stay, if you make your own arrangements, but don't expect service or support. I didn’t try the shower, Wi-Fi, or breakfast, and there was no bottled water in the room. The only staff I saw was the young man from Bali who let me in.

There is a lovely view from the bungalow and the room is spacious and clean. The location is great.

The water the stopped working and there was a bad smell from the tap once fixed. The laundry was quite expensive compared to other places and the clothes didn’t come back very clean. The staff were not very friendly, they quoted us 500 to Ende Airport but we were actually quoted 300 from a different place so we didn’t think they were very trustworthy (unlike other home stays which try help they are more interest in money). Our flight was changed and we needed to change the dates - I contacted them a few days in advance and they didn’t respond.

Beautiful view and incredible staff, very helpful and accommodating. Sypriano also gave us a guided tour and we cannot thank him enough . The property also has hot showers and great coffee

Great location, in the heart of Moni

The accommodation was advertised as having hot water, which it technically did, the only problem was that the shower jet was so tiny that by the time the water touched your body it was already cold. It’s not super common to have hot showers in Flores which is ok, but if you advertise it you should have it for real.
