BBQの貸し出しコンロが小さくて、ちょっとやりにくかったです。コテージに付いているようなコンロだと良かったなーと思います。

"癒しの大好きな九十九里滞在がとても不快で残念。"

季節関係なく何度か利用させていただいておりましたが、古くても以前の方がまだ清潔感があったので、今回不衛生で不快でとても残念でした。

部屋中に小さい蜘蛛から大きい蜘蛛が沢山いる。 自然豊かなので仕方ないかもしれないが、異常な程でした。シャワールーム、バスタブ含めカビと赤カビが酷くて湯船に入れなかった。シャワー浴びるのも抵抗感があるほどでした。シャワールーム出るとすぐ部屋と同じカーペットなのでカビの匂いと湿った感じがとても不潔だと思います。そして2人とも無数のダニに刺され、非常に不快な思いをしました。 全て写真に残せば良かったと後悔しております。 九十九里の滞在を楽しみにしていたので、とっても悲しくなりました。こんな風に思う事は初めてでした。 夜は誰も居ないようで電話をしても全く対応してくれません。 朝、受付でクレームを話しましたが非常に残念でした。 安いから、古いから仕方ないとかの問題ではないかと思います。不衛生過ぎる。

"トレーラーハウスとはどういうものか知ることができた。"

アメニティは充実していた。 場所は良かった。 ＢＢＱの食材は海鮮など豊富で楽しめた。

夕食のＢＢＱエリアの仕切りカーテンがファスナーで止まらず、雨風が入ってきてしまい、寒くて最悪だった。 翌日の夕飯までに対処をお願いしたが、その後の連絡がこちらから催促しなければ返答がなかった。 トレーラーハウスだから仕方がないのかもしれないが、トイレの匂い、それを消すための芳香剤の香りが部屋中に充満して気になって仕方が無かった。 前の人のゴミ（ペットシート）が戸棚の中に入っていた。 部屋にあるスイッチが何のスイッチなのか不明なものが多かった。
