The rooms are spacious and modern, with good air conditioning and all the necessary facilities. We were also provided with some additional services upon prior request. As for the location, there is nothing interesting in the surrounding area, but there is a Big C store and the main road where you can catch songthaew buses within walking distance. Considering the included breakfast, the room rates are quite reasonable.

We were a little confused that during our 5 days of stay we were never offered to clean the room, change the towels, toilet paper or refresh the drinking water. Breakfasts are generally not bad, but the same thing every day.

New hotel, clean, located in a good central area. Bed was great, not too hard.

Rooms were a little noisy (fortunately only experienced during the day), water in shower couldn't get to comfortable warm.

Big room, very comfortable bed, good WiFi, good shower. They improved the breakfast, now also fried eggs and sausage (both from the freezer), rice soup, salad and fresh fruit.

No safety box. A kettle in the room but no coffee or,cups. Room was clean except the faucet, see pictures. Those toothpaste spots are not from a few days...

The bed was comfortable

On arrival it took forever to get the keys for the rooms. Whilst breakfast was included there was no butter for the toast or any knives to spread jam on. The waitress was so rude as were all other front desk staff
