Too many steps for people who are ailing! WiFi poor, connectivity of phone completely missing, Air conditioning not good; had to ask for fan in the day time! key card kept getting us locked out;

- The water sports offered at the hotel are quite average; Of short duration and oversold by the staff - The staff is quite inexperienced - There is only one restaurant which is quite small - Had to wait sometime before check-in and the room given was not ideal so had to change it later in the day - On the expensive side
