Atrium Hotel Mandurah

The hot water was not working in the morning and we were trying to get ready to attend funeral. Reported & received no feed back as to if fixed or not

Great location close enough to walk everywhere. The staff in whole were very friendly and helpful and a great buffet breakfast

Upon entering the room, we were immediately met with a musty, damp smell that made the space feel unclean and very uninviting. The overall condition of the furnishings was extremely poor. The lounge was ripped, dirty, and in such bad condition that when you sat down, you sank significantly, making it very difficult to get back up. The bed has clearly seen better days and offered little comfort, the flooring throughout the apartment was lifting and torn. To make matters worse, we woke in the morning to find there was no hot water available for showering. At no point were we advised of this issue, nor were we offered any solution or alternative

Location pool and Spa

Our mattress in our room was very old . Sat on it spring went right down to the base. Same with the lounge furniture it very tired and uncomfortable

Bed was comfortable

Carpets dirty. Needs a refurb

A huge thank you for upgrading the room for my parents on their 70th Wedding Anniversary. It was the icing on the cake. Greatly appreciated by all.

305 room smells bad. somehow got same room twice.was hoping to get a different one just incase 305 was an exception.

Location is great short walk to foreshore.

The internet was terrible could not get a signal at all.

Receptionist was very pleasant and very informative.

It is very run down, a great improvement would be new carpets throughout. A lick of paint in the rooms would certainly brighten them up.
