The beds were comfortable. The toiletries were lovely.

The furniture was old, broken, burnt and smelly. The carpets were thin with no underlay which felt like you were walking on bare concrete. The bedrooms were cold, damp feeling, the pillows were flat and the extra blankets hadn't been washed from the previous consumers,

A 1970s motel charging 2026 hotel prices. Grubby carpets and walls throughout. An overwhelming smell of chlorine everywhere. The airconditioning was a tiny inset box at floor level that emitted more rattles than air. The shower screamed so loudly once turned on that I couldn't stay in the room. Everything was dingy, in poor repair, and tattered. The $35 breakfast buffet consisted of half a dozen warm options, one choice of juice, muesli, and a small plate of pastries. Dinner was overcooked and dry. The staff tried their best and were unfailingly cheerful and pleasant, but then, so were the staff on The Titanic. Avoid like the plague.

Location and cleanliness Quality of the food was great as was the service.

Aging infrastructure took away from the quality of the facilities. Lack of fan in the bathroom is an issue. Checking in was cumbersome. Dinner took longer to arrive than was anticipated.

Location was a short walk to eateries

Incorrect room assigned and had to request booked room and move. Room is old and needs a makeover at least. I didn't think the room was worth $199 per night for the age of it.
