The location was the ONLY good thing about the hotel.

It is DIRTY! The hotel is old and worn down. There is a horrible stench (smell) in the corridors from the carpets. It is not clean at all. The amenities in the room are very basic.

Best location in Puerto Banus + rooms are spacious with an amazing balcony + friendly staff + everything was done at ease (check in, check out, cleaning service).
