Amabilidad de todo el personal, limpieza impecable, desayuno muy bueno , en general todo ha estado pwrfecto.

Everything about the hotel was fabulous. Staff were very attentive and accommodating. This is a small privately owned hotel and very well run. The swimming pool is small, but very welcome as the temperature was above 30oC all week! Food was delicious and local wines excellent. This was a VERY relaxing stay.

Be prepared that Palermo is not Florence. It's a different experience, but depends on what you are looking for, My wife had twisted her ankle 4 weeks before our trip so we were very limited on walking around so used taxis to see the various archaeological locations. The hotel helped us out a lot. however.

Best hotel in our entire one month Italian trip. Location is walking distance (about 10min) to the best white sand beach in Italy. We have been to many beaches in Italy this trip, Mondello by far has the best water and sand. Most Italian beaches are very rocky, not Mondello. The hotel staff is very attentive and even helped us reserved beach chairs, so we don’t have to stress about it. The chef is excellent and cook us very healthy and delicious breakfast everyday. The owner Angela is very friendly and greet us every morning. We really feel at home at this hotel.

Minor issue— the walk in the dark alley at night. There are many stray cats in the neighborhood and many of the strays defecate on the streets. We need a flashlight at night to make sure we don’t step on any cat poo.

This is a lovely, clean hotel in a nice quiet, residential area. The staff were lovely and attentive. We had a private terrace with a jacuzzi, which was a nice addition. Mondello beach was extremely busy when we arrived at the start of July and this hotel is a short walk, approximately 10/15 mins from the main beach and harbour and we were so pleased, as it was lovely and peaceful away from the chaos. The pool area is nice and quiet, plenty of loungers available and shaded area too. We ate at the hotel for breakfast and one evening meal and the food was to a high standard. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to mondello.

There was no coffee in the room! That’s the only criticism I can think of as it was a really lovely experience.

Absolutely everything about this hotel was perfect, the staff were so lovely, they made us feel so welcome but Sally & Ducie (hope I’ve spelt it correctly) will be remembered for their extra kindness Thankyou The breakfast was so fresh, all baked every morning, fresh juice, fruit and the pastries were incredible, menu breakfast also amazing. The only thing that wasn’t for us. even though we did use the restaurant twice, was the evening a la carte menu, but that’s simply because we needed something other than that. This hotel should be 5star it was simply the best hotel we’ve stayed in. The town of Mondello was just a 15 min walk, we did a boat trip from there, Palermo is definitely worth a visit, local bus just up the road & so easy, also Cefalù is beautiful & worth a trip. Thanks guys we had a wonderful 2 weeks with you 🤗

Noting

Valentina and her team were fantastic. We felt like we were at home. Our room was comfortable and beautifully designed. The staff were super helpful and made our stay very special. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was great to cool off after being at the beach all day.

Distance to the beach was a little far but overall not a huge issue.

All very professional and we had a great room .

Nothing , perhaps more prepared fruit for breakfast .
