L' emplacement était un peu à l' écart du centre ce qui évitait le bruit de la rue. On peut accéder au centre facilement 10 mn de marche. La gentillesse des proprietaires Le petit déjeuner compris est appréciable.

La clim était bruyante mais on s habitue.

It feels like home. The staffs ,the rooms, and the food were all perfect.

The lobby is clean and spacious, the included breakfast was filling. Decently comfortable beds. The airport shuttle was great.

The rooms are quite dated but clean and acceptable for the price, especially considering the location before a flight from Mactan-Cebu Airport.

The property is in good condition and clean. The rooms are basic, but well appropriate for the price.

A lovely stay, nice quiet location but still close enough to walk to the town. The owner is lovely and the omelettes for breakfast were delicious!

Janet! This place wouldn’t be anything if it wasn’t for her - she was understanding towards our situation and ended up being the one who helped us get a refund for the night we didn’t stay. We didn’t actually stay there but the rooms are very nice like in the pictures and if it wasn’t for construction noise we would have definitely enjoyed our stay.

We arrived to severe construction noise from the neighbor property just in front of our window. We where then told it would be ongoing from 07-16 everyday and we decided to find another place to stay. When asking for a refund the staff said that was not possible, after asking to talk to the manager I got in contact with the owner by phone and his message was that this was my problem not his. He was super rude and it was a super unpleasant experience.

Clean hotel, comfy beds and in a very good location. The staff were nice and the beds were very comfy. We got lots of millipedes in the room and the room is so bright so don’t be expecting a lay in bed. Really needs some black out curtains. Also building works going on next door so this wakes you up anyway.
