The Pinewood, Nainital by Leisure Hotels

Absolutely nothing. It was a nightmare for two days

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. At the price of rupees 30,000 for two nights. Breakfast was included but there wasn’t any restaurant. bathrooms were out of water 7 times in 2 days. Intercom wasn’t working so we had to go downstairs from third floor for getting things fixed. Location is too far from market. so no restaurant and nothing to eat. In case of rains, swiggy didn’t work. so it was the neighbouring hotel who was the help. staff of neighbouring hotel was more polite and helpful.

The room was nice and spacious and the staff was really accommodating too. Mr. Deep Prakash is really nice and welcoming. Beautiful view as well.

The apartments near are a little loud so soundproofing can be better. They have very limited cutlery so there weren’t enough of it for the four of us. However they took the feedback and assured that it’ll be improved upon.

The breakfast was good. Mr.Deep was very friendly and made our stay comfortable.

Spacious Rooms. Good room service.

Phone/Intercom is away from bed. One has to go to other room to attend intercom. Naini lake is not visible from the hotel. Commuting to & fro hotel and main places of tourists attraction is quite expensive. Though breakfasts served at the room were good(Lunch/Dinner facility not available at the hotel) the menu is limited and repetitive.

All good.. specially the location
