Staff support, Room cleanliness.

Basic facilities like water kettle wasn't there. No bathtub with 50+ SGD room price. No bike rental facilites. There was no vegetarian OR vegan menu, although the restauratn staff helped me with raw vegetables and sauce.

The bed was not really comfortable and was too high. The restroom does not have a barrier so all the water comes out and makes the floor all wet.

The staff was exceptionally kind. The food (one breakfast) was awesome.

Broken window, clear safety and health risk. Refused to refund my money even after I checked out due to false advertising, no wifi. Wifi is never ‘down’ a full day. The other hotel had fast connectivity and safe rooms as advertised. This hotel management stole my money and refused to email respond after a full day of me fully checking out telling them I cannot wait for them to get their claims together.
