Lovely place with very kind staff, great pool and comfy bed, self service coffee and delicious breakfast. We enjoyed the place a lot and extended our stay.

The help and service of Brian.

The rooms are really small even if we booked the large room. We had to move the first hour because the airco wasn’t working. Slept really bad because the room was dusty and smelled bad. The second day we found 3 huge cockroaches in our room and after inspecting the room we saw cockroach poop everywhere. That night we slept really bad and the next day we saw a massive cockroach, one with wings hidden behind the curtains. We asked Brian to remove it from our room and he did. They offered us another room what was still a construction site, right next to the resort but we declined because it is not how you want to enjoy your holiday. We said that we want to leave and they gave us back the money for the 2 nights we did not stay and let us pay full for the 2 terrible nights we were there. We also did the laundry but they put all of our clothes in a dryer while the sun is shining all day so almost everything shrinked but they solved this by giving back our money from the laundry and around 9 euro for the damaged clothes. They even tried to prevent me from leaving a review on Booking. I contacted Booking and they tried to help by asking them for a partial refund of the bad experience but they declined. Bad service from the owners so go somewhere else if you want a pleasant stay in Palomino. We found another accommodation for the same price but the room was almost 3 times bigger, without cockroaches and dust in the room.

I spent here three nights. Everything was good.

Abend ist der Heimweg zum Hostel sehr dunkel

Abbiamo soggiornato nel bungalow in legno, fornito di tutto il necessario, va detto per chi ama le docce calde che l’acqua viene solo fredda, ma questa è un po la regola in tutta palomino! Per il resto struttura dove regna pace e tranquillità, colazione ottima e posizione comoda per raggiungere la via principale di palomino!

Sarebbe carino tenere un phon per capelli a disposizione degli ospiti!
