"Good stay for the money"

Room was very clean, and the continental breakfast was plenty. The hotel is well maintained and they have flower pots everywhere, which is very welcoming.

One could hear the traffic from the main road, they should replace the windows with double pane ones to shield from the traffic noise.

"Very convenient and good value place in Pasadena"

Very unique old-school motel with friendly staff and decent sized rooms. Location is close to e.g. Caltech and Huntington Gardens and Library. Old Town Pasadena is (just so) walkable. Breakfast provided many more options than expected.

Front desk people helpful and the architecture/vibe was pretty cool. I’m a plein air painter so I enjoyed painting the view from my window

The facilities are not ‘spanking new’ but that’s ok with me. I could hear foot steps above me. But it wasn’t bad. I slept well
