Saga Motor Hotel Pasadena

Unfortunately, the elevator did not work and we were on the third floor. Location for the Rose Bowl Parade was fantastic. Particularly when it was raining. Nice breakfast and fun to be with fellow Hoosiers waiting for the big game

Friendly staff. The room and property were clean and cheerful.

The staff is very friendly. The location is very convenient. We liked the palm trees and the peaceful ambiance around the swimming pool although we didn't use it due to winter season. We will come back.

The elevator was out of order, fortunately we had a room on the ground floor thanks to the manager.

Staff was nice and accommodating. The first room they gave us smelled very musty and they promptly gave us a choice of other rooms they allowed us to walk into and inspect. We found one that was relatively clean and not as musty and were allowed to move into it. I still was uncomfortable with the smell, but we put a plug in air freshener and that made it better. The free Continental breakfast was a plus. We were visiting family and being able to wake up early and grab breakfast allowed us more time to spend with them rather than trying to find a meal ourselves.

Rooms were musty and elevator didn't work.
