A spacious and clean environment with well-equipped rooms and all the necessary amenities. The room is cleaned thoroughly every day.

Calmness

The facilities are unclean, with a noticeable smell of dust upon entering the room. There was no toilet paper, the breakfast was inadequate, and booking a Grab was difficult. Most importantly, I was bitten by two mosquitoes, which led to dengue fever for both me and my friend.

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The breakfast options were extremely limited, leaving little to choose from. The pool area and water were in poor condition, clearly in need of maintenance and regular cleaning, which is why we chose not to use it. The photos on Booking.com are very misleading and do not reflect reality. Room cleaning was done poorly and only after we specifically requested it. The staff does not speak English, making communication very challenging. To top it off, we had a terrible experience with one employee during checkout at 6 AM. Despite showing him our booking confirmation and payment invoice multiple times, he insisted we pay in cash and refused to let us leave the hotel. This caused unnecessary stress as our Grab driver was waiting, and we had a ferry to catch. Overall, this was a bad experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

This hotel is at peaceful location and both the southern and northern ends of the island are almost equal distance from here. Ideal place for those who want to explore more while staying little bit further away from main city centre.

Whenever you ask for anything staff will always say we are fully booked and do not offer 24 hour stay as they claim. I checked in at 5.30 pm and should have been allowed to check at 5.30pm on the check out date but staff asked for half day rent as their check out time was 12 noon which I obviously didn’t realised till the time I checked out.

Good location.

Communication with the staff was difficult and could be improved. The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to standard and should be done more thoroughly and regularly. Additionally, the breakfast area was not clean, also the pool area, and the selection of food was very limited.

The staff excellent . The room, and shower was nice The big open balcony. The cleanliness of the place. Very clean.

We had problems with the water and cold shower which we reported and they fixed but it didn't last . Never had a hot shower the 3 or 4 nights we stayed. The breakfast toast and boiled egg no other western choice.. Location way too far out for me so you'll need wheels. .
