The Rasmus

Delightful farm ambience, lovely decor and clean linen and towels. Conveniently close to motorways without the noise. Nice to see wildlife and to be in so much space.

We were disappointed not to have room service since we arrived in the afternoon and were hungry. We ended up having to go foraging for food. It was not far, but the delay meant we were unable to sample the dinner menu.

The Rasmus is, without a doubt, a true oasis in the capital city. The rooms are beautifully appointed, showcasing an impeccable sense of style and comfort. I particularly appreciated the artwork throughout the hotel. The outdoor spaces are equally enchanting. The spectacular koi fish pond in the gardens provides a perfect space for quiet reflection, and the opportunity to wake up to buck and calves grazing in the distance is truly delightful. What truly sets The Rasmus apart, however, is the staff. They are dedicated, professional, helpful, and genuinely friendly, ensuring every need is met with a warm smile. While I didn't dine in, the breakfast was good. The Rasmus has instantly become my hotel of choice in Pretoria, and I look forward to my next stay!
