Had to go up another flight of stairs for bathroom

Tv didn’t work , facilities were a bit rough round the edges for the price

Was told that b,b was available in the morning at 7.00 am so got up and no one a available at all

The floor seemed to slope, breeze coming through the seals in the window, no staff presence, the front door was stiff, room didn't seem secure and there was massive hole to base of bedroom door

Everywhere was clean and tidy. No breakfast option so can't comment on it. Room was okay

I know it's an older property but would definitely benefit from a lift. The beds was not very comfortable and not to my standard as only slept for approximately 4 hours per night. Could also benefit from having a small fridge in the room so we could buy a little food or drinks and keep them cold

The Staff - free parking

The hotel is undergoing a much needed renovation and in general felt sparse and tired and at lower end of market. I know they are working hard to achieve a higher standard
