Čisté prostředí, výborná kuchyně. Hotel je v krásném prostředí Hukvald, výborný pro aktivní turistiku i krátké procházky.

Při plné kapacitě hotelu je wellness nedostatečný - max. pro 10-12 osob. Přiložené foto bazénu neodpovídá realitě - ve skutečnosti menší. Personál nestíhal obsluhovat u večeří. Na pokojích není k dispozici fén.

Lokalita zajímavá, je kam zajít. Personál hotelu vstřícný, ochotný. Snídaně dostačující.

Pokoj velmi malý, zastaralé vybavení, prošlapané koberce. Wellnes omezený, platí se za župany, prostěradla do sauny...Navíc i placené parkoviště pro ubytované hosty :(

Velmi milý personál, příjemné wellnes, velmi dobré jídlo.

Pokoj byl velmi malý s miniaturním střešním oknem, v podstatě půdní vestavba bez klimatizace. Na pokoji bylo 40°C, při otevření okénka nalétavaly vosy. Na pokoji byl větráček, který rozháněl teplý vzduch. Nesnesitelné horko v miniaturním pokoji velmi kazilo dojem z dovolené. Škoda.
