"Was there 30 mins….worst hotel ever…..see my history with booking.com….total disrespect"

Staff rude…went upstairs had a lukewarm shower….said safe in room….no safe….came downstairs complained….he laughed…grabbed my bag….luckily he gave me my money back….walked around corner got new hotel
