Location was good. Market area.

Very bad smell in the room . We felt unwell due to stink from the toilet. Bed creates unnecessary sound even due to minimal movement. Very very small area. A part even occupied by stairs. Power cut a big issue. Due to which lift remain closed. Water was not available. Overall, it's not standard.

Size of d room was tiny. Otherwise everything is okk.

Room was too small.

Rooms are provided as per commitments. All rooms facility are available as per commitments. Clearness of the room is not maintained regularly.

They did not provide the meal (All meals) which was committed when we booked in your web site. But we paid the full amount including meals which is mention in your web site. It's was not expected from your site.

1. The staff is unprofessional. 2. There was no drinking water available in my room when I arrived. It was an empty bottle kept there. After calling the reception they sent a water bottle to my room. When I asked whether it was complimentary they denied but later provided. Seriously, which hotel doesn't keep drinking water before a guest arrives? 3. It was written full boarding in food. But to my surprise nothing was free. I even had to pay for the breakfast. 4. It was raining in Ranchi. At night there was leakage near the bed. 5. Food is extremely overpriced with small portion. 6. There were flakes of paint coming out from the wall. 7. The reception had no idea about the food menu. Every time I called to order they were confused. It was a bad experience. Many things have to change.
