The reception person was trying to fool us by showing us a complete different room we booked it was very small and he was saying it is the premium room which is available and asking for 2500 and the booking amount of our deluxe room was 1400 it was very bad experience as he thought that he can fool us with such a fraud gesture and we didnt stayed at that hotel cause the whole mood got spoiled and we booked another room in other location.

Area of room and the towel that was provided was not clean

Room was Clean and fresh smell, all over it was very good. Giving 5 star out of 5. You will not regret after staying there, room and bathroom was clean, no electricity problem, good location, you can find easily. 👍

Drinking water was not provided by self. This is the only thing that was missing.

I like the washroom , room and service, it was budget friendly stay, in addition, the behaviour of staff was also very nice

They Have Canceled my room booking , told me that they got another booking. Very poor service, I got ever my life. I am regular customer of Booking.com , I never recommend or book rooms from ur site.
