I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. The rooms were absolutely filthy — stains were visible all over the place, including the chairs and curtains. It was shocking to see such poor hygiene standards, especially when you’re paying nearly ₹19,000 for just 2 days. To make things worse, there was no water in the washroom. I repeatedly requested the hotel staff to provide water, but they simply refused to help and showed no sense of responsibility or basic hospitality. I was traveling with my family, and we faced a lot of inconvenience and discomfort because of this. The overall service was pathetic — I’ve received better treatment in hotels that charge less than ₹5,000 for two days. There was no room cleaning during our stay and zero customer service. This place is completely mismanaged and not at all suitable for families. I genuinely regret booking this hotel. Please don’t waste your hard-earned money here — there are far better options at a much lower price. Avoid at all costs!
