"Twin room and double room, is there any price different ?"

The staff that answering my whatsapp chat did not helpful, he/she said that if i want to change from twin to double room there will be additional charge. From my knowledge there is no price different between twin and double room, but he/she said it does.

"DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND SKIP THIS PLACE!!"

The shower

The receptionist didn't speak any English (or he didn't tried to) and wasn't helpful at all. I understand that not everybody has to speak English in Indonesia but there is Google Translate to communicate with the guests. He told me I could have breakfast at 6:00 and the next morning he said that it wasn't until 7:00. I had to leave without having my included breakfast, after not having dinner the previous night, something he knew. He told me there was an elevator. Another lie. Worst service in Indonesia so far. The PICTURES in booking DON'T SHOW THE REALITY OF THE PLACE. It's an old dirty hotel. The assigned room was scary and disgusting: dirty sheets, walls and floor. The air-conditioning and the headboard were damaged. I asked for a change and the room was slightly better. CHOOSE ANOTHER PLACE!
