NZWe stayed in the adults only Waitui area of the resort. It was amazing!! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy and super comfortable. The pool and all restaurants were great! We will be back for sure.
Nothing. Everyone was so accommodating and we had the best time.
NZOur highlights were activities off the resort - South Sea Island, sailing a catamaran, snorkelling coral reef - things like that. The resort itself has typical facilities for Denarau (still nice) and is an easy, convenient base on Denarau with good access to nearby amenities.
The service often felt scripted rather than genuinely welcoming — staff said the right things, but the tone at times came across as dismissive. A particularly poor experience at Solis restaurant included being told to be “grateful” for a table despite an empty venue, and later being told that a FJ$50 cash payment to the maître d’ would secure a better one. Overall, it felt like a tightly managed, high-priced resort where revenue is prioritised over hospitality - we will choose other options in Fiji next time.

The resort inflates prices, guided by the principle "Tourist is an idiot." The staff focuses on isolating the resort from the outside world... in order to protect themselves, they inflate the prices of the services offered (doubling prices for everything, including taxis, etc., for the same level of quality...).
AUWhat a beautiful hotel! Breakfast was incredible, probably the best buffet breakfast we've experienced in all our travels. The staff at the hotel are so lovely. We arrived shortly after the cyclone, and the staff were working so hard to tidy up and get everything perfect for the guests. Rooms are beautifully presented. We were well looked after by staff around the pool every day especially by Benjamin (thanks again, Benjamin). The whole Nui kids club team are wonderful. We're already looking forward to our next visit.
