It’s been one the worst hotel experiences of my life. Since there was no way to book 4 nights in a row (24-28 Dec) I made three different reservations (24-26, 26-27, and 27-28) once seen the availability on Booking; then I started paying the reservations always in time. So far no issues - except for giant cockroaches in the bathroom (seen twice) which is disgusting and makes you doubt of the cleanness of the place. But the worst has yet to come: right when I had to pay the last night (27-28) I had serious problems with my phone that could not charge due to humidity level, so in order to save the last hints of battery I barely used the phone and I could not update the card linked to the final reservation (which was almost empty), but since the staff was definitely aware that we had to stay until Dec 28 I assumed they would keep the room busy on Booking so it remained to us. The phone stayed off the whole 28th day until around 4pm, time at which Booking had already canceled the reservation, but for the reasons mentioned above I was still confident that the staff would keep the room for us. Once at the hotel, they told us that the room was booked by someone else for two nights and that we had to check out within the morning after! No way to explain that this is not the way to treat guests that already paid and stayed for 3 nights and that the whole treatment was embarrassing and disrespectful (they also stated that they thought I personally canceled the last night, which was impossible because we also left our clothes for laundry service). I also told them to talk with their manager and let us stay the last night as already planned but they replied being not able to cancel the other reservation. At the end of it all, they made us pay motorbike and breakfasts until the last cent, not even a hint of flexibility due to the fact that they were causing us a discomfort having to pack our bags a day in advance and to find another structure to host us on Saturday evening!

Außergewöhnliche kleine Bungalows. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das nach oben offene Bad mit Rainshower. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit riesigen Sealingfan und Klimaanlage. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Jeden Tag brachte uns das Personal einen Gratisdrink und einen Snack. Frühstück kann man am Morgen bestellen und wird auf der kleinen Terrasse serviert. Die Bungalows befinden sich in einem schön angelegten Garten, der eher an einen Jungle erinnert.

Die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer ist sehr steil und eher eine Leiter. Ältere könnten damit Probleme bekommen und betrunken sollte man auch nicht sein ;)

Es war unglaublich in jeder Hinsicht! Wir würden sofort wieder kommen. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit und hat uns bei unserer weiteren Planung super unterstützt. Es gab viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten und sowohl die Anlage, als auch die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt.

The place was really great and comfortable. Always clean and the treats after your day are really appreciable. It is very close to the restaurants with a scooter (8/10 minutes)

Velice klidná lokalita, ubytování je přímo v přírodě obrostlé zelení. Kdo si chce připadat jako v džungli, tak doporučuji.

Located in San Juan. Friendly staff.

The room is very rustic, with the bathroom located on a different level which is not very convenient. The level of comfort does not match the price.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, liebevoll gepflegte Einrichtung. Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, dass mit kleinen Snacks jeden Tag aufwartet.

Leider ist in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Veranstaltungsort an dem bis weit nach Mitternacht mit lautstarker Musik und starkem Bass gefeiert wird. Wir hatten 5/5 Nächten keinen erholsamen Schlaf, teilweise wurde bis um 3 in der Früh gefeiert. Anscheinend ist aktuell die Zeit, in der Feste gefeiert werden. Unbedingt vorher anfragen, ob zu der Buchungszeit Veranstaltungen statt finden, falls ja, können wir die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen, falls nein, sehr schön und empfehlenswert. Preislich eher teuer im Vergleich.
