Friendly staff, nice cleans rooms, not 5 star, but very nice good value for the money.

Good location and centre to everything I needed to be at. Breakfast was brilliant. Paul was good with my son who is a little fussy.

First night the musics was booming from when I checked in in the evening until late at night. The second night the music wasn’t so loud but I could still hear it. Someone had left the outer window open and I couldn’t get to close it so I heard traffic most of the night.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed getting to know them.

Stairwell was a bit rundown and could’ve used a vacuum.

The breakfast was OK. I would have paid more for better quality sausages and bread. The room was clean, comfortable and well- equipped and good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very welcoming staff. Room nice and clean with everything you want/need for your stay. Good price for a city centre location. In walking distance of all amenities. We have made more bookings to stay and look forward to our return.

A luxury experience, stayed in a room with a bath, all very clean and the overall layout was charming and very practical with a plug in fan, a shoe tray to put your shoes and plenty of towels, and a hairdryer.

Can be loud due to pub downstairs but it's fine if going out at night. I still enjoyed my overall experience.

All good, no problems it was all I needed for a one night stay over. No noise from bar down stairs. Can’t comment on breakfast or food as didn’t partake.
