The location is excellent, with supermarkets, restaurants, and other amenities conveniently nearby. The castle is also within walking distance, and the walk along the beautiful lakeside promenade makes it even more enjoyable. The area is scenic, pleasant, and perfect for exploring on foot.

The checkout policy was extremely strict. Not even an extra 30 minutes could be accommodated during our stay. I remember we were having breakfast around 10:00 a.m. when a staff member came over to remind us that our checkout time was 10:30 a.m. We acknowledged this and politely asked if we could check out around 11:00–11:15 a.m., but were told that the property was fully booked and they could only be flexible by 5–10 minutes. As a result, we had to leave our breakfast halfway through and rush back to pack our belongings and check out on time, which was quite inconvenient. Considering that the check-in time is 3:00 p.m., it would be reasonable to offer guests a little more flexibility with checkout times whenever possible. A small extension can make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.
