The property will be undergoing a full renovation and the project is estimated to take around 24 months for completion. Guests will be able to see the works being carried out, but they will not be affected by it. The renovation works are carried out between 08:00 and 16:30 daily. Kindly note the accommodations is accessible via stairs only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. Please note that parking spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests under the age of 18 has to be accompanied by an adult. Please note that smoking is not permitted throughout this property. Guests found violating this rule will be charged GBP 100 in cleaning costs. Guests that wish to pay for their reservation in cash are required to pay a GBP 100 deposit on arrival.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Nice staff, good location

No really clean, it was too warm and no having ventilation, so noisy from outside even our neighbours, no breakfast

very clean room, very helpful staff and easily accessible. Comfy pillows and good sized room for the price.

the room we had was really warm and couldn’t keep the windows open as we were on the main road side of the hotel, so the noise was really bad. however there was a table fan we could use to try and cool off. There was also no bottled water or a hairdryer in the room which was a let down. Our bed was also on the small side (we are a 6ft+ couple so it was a tight squeeze) - those might NOT be a problem for everyone but it was for us!

Vriendelijk personeel 2e kamer was beter qua bedden, snachts donker en minder geluid

Kamer aan de voorzijde slechte bedden, snachts ligt, erg gehorig wat er buiten gebeurd ivm druk kruispunt
