Had no sleep due to late check in guests and their inability to respect other guest were asleep which resulted in a sleepless stay

Elegant hotel , We had a nice room on the the top floor staff were friendly , parking was good to , great location with good pubs and restaurants. And train link to London

The staff at this hotel are just wonderful. So friendly, helpful and always smiling. They were by far the best part. The hotel was clean and the location was great.

They need to sound proof the place. We stayed in room 5, it was tiny, we couldn't even put our cases down flat. But you'd get over that, it was the noise at night from the road. It's located on a very busy road, sirens, motorbikes, cars, trucks racing past the place all night, it was impossible to sleep. We even had the privilege of listening to some guy vomiting his guts out the first night. It was so loud we thought he was in the room next to us but he was on the footpath outside. My sister and Mom were in a different room and loved it, room 9, lots of space, no road noise, very comfortable, they both slept very well so maybe just ask for room in the back when booking.

The location was ideal for what we wanted to do. The room was clean and it had all the facilities I needed . The staff we extremely helpful and friendly.

The walls were very thin and my door rattled whenever someone went past which didn’t help my sleep.
