There was heavy rainfall and both approaches to the facility were submerged in over a meter (4') of water. The staff could not help to navigate us till the hotel and we had to take our own risk to reach. The location, might be central to Mathura but very inconvenient to reach. Terrif does not include breakfast, not even drinking water. Infact they tried over charge us for the water bottles, that was a rude shock. Teriffs unreasonable for the experience.

Some front office staff was indecent and unjust but that got balanced out by few very polite and righteous members.
