L’équipe était sympa

Repas vraiment pas bon, établissement sale. Il y avait de la moisissure dans la salle de bain de notre chambre. La chambre ressemble pas au photo Je vous déconseille

L hôtel est magnifique bien placé calme et le personnel aux petits soins.

The reception staff were very friendly, the location is right on the beach - much closer to the water than some of the other hotels, the design of the hotel is lovely and our suite was spacious, and breakfast had a made to order omelette and crep station, which was very good. It seems like if you want to up on weekends drinking and partying, the beach restaurant would be a lot of fun, and I appreciate the fact that our room had double glass doors to try to mostly successfully block the sound.

The food in the restaurant was fine but not good, the breakfast seemed like it had been prepared and left out the night before with dried out cucumber, and they did not have most of the items on the menu, service was hard to come by. The bed was very hard. The worst thing is that we had booked a first floor sea view suite with a terrace, and when we arrived they had moved us into a different, ground level room because they were doing construction on the seaview rooms. They did not notify us of this. It was the only reason I had booked this hotel rather than another one. Extremely unethical and poor service in this regard.

Struttura accogliente con personale molto gentile. Consigliata a chi vuole comfort in un ambiente che risulta comunque famigliare.

La piscine, le bar de plage, la plage avec les transats, le spa, le petit déj buffet, l'hôtel à taille humaine, la chambre spacieuse.

Les travaux

Un lieu plein de charme, où l'on ressent l’âme tunisienne. Une cour intérieure magnifique avec des oiseaux qui chantent au petit matin. Une impression d’être accueilli comme en famille. Mention spéciale à Nawel, d’une grande attention 😘
