Perfect location within a 10min drive of Gardeners' World Live at the NEC. Lovely hotel and the accommodation was comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.

My partner is 6'2" and the room we had upstairs was really lovely, but because the beams were very low he banged his head a couple of times. If we booked again I'd ask for a room without low beams.

friendly staff, nice food in the bar area, great location for Birmingham airport flight the next morning.

Able to hear other guests in corridor outside room, and hear muffled voices between rooms. More a problem with noisier guests than the property, but walls and doors allow sound to travel.
