We discovered this hotel 2 years ago with our family and 2 young children. We recall having a great experience back then. This time was very different and shameful. Hotel was fully booked and the general manager Mrs. Rebecca arranged a room for us. We had to extend our stay and we stayed for few days as our flight got cancelled multiple times due to the war in Middle East. Immediately after checking in, I ordered food for the kids. Momos were nothing but disgraceful: frozen partially and not fresh. Meat biryani was extremely dry, both the rice and the meat. Biryani was extremely spicy in spite highlighting to the operator non spicy food. Fish and chips was uncooked from the inside; fries were cold and tasteless. There was 5 fries in the plate. Paneer pakora was wet and disgusting. It was the most horrible room service I ever experienced in any hotel. Breakfast buffet is not exceptional and opens late 7h30am. After breakfast, around 10am, we wanted to bath the kids but housekeeper stated no towels available as all were sent for wash. Housekeeping manager went on saying they received products for ITC opening but are not allowed to use them right now. Finally towels from the pool were sent to us (blue and white straps). The pool was on maintenance and not available. Hotel is in renovation, hence heavy duty machines disturbed our rest. Kids play area is a pure disgrace with rude, detached and arrogant staff obviously not trained to attend guest. When I complained about the staff behavior shouting at my kids etc, the front desk officer stated the kid play area belongs to the casino but the hotel. The kid play area has bunk beds unsafe for kids. When we wanted to extend our stay, a bhutia lady wearing Baku clothing, laughed at me when I was insisting over an extension of our stay due to the flight getting cancelled. GM did not meet us at C/out. There was no empathy neither assistance to help us find another hotel. Drastically overpriced for the poor service offered.

This is close to a 5 star. Location, view is excellent. Can be a great place to unwind and recharge for a couple of days.
