The hotel was very beautiful and the rooms were spacious

Its not something we didnt like , but since the temperature was cold we were hoping to have the swimming pool temperature controlled , which was not and there was construction going on infront of the rooms

The rooms are great , bigger in size. I would suggest people take the club room. It's really beautiful and the views are amazing. Services and stuff are over the top . They are ready to listen to anything.

The foods are okay ,not bad but i would not say they are good . But we got to try their festival of Italian, German and Japanese food. Chef's came to take the orders everyday and one can customised any kind of food he or she likes . That was good. But other than that their other restaurant food is not so good .

Location is just a small walk away from MG area. Property is very very well maintained & our stay was very comfortable. Views from the rooms are excellent.

Food needs to be improved. It is very costly and the taste is not upto the mark. Service, both in room & in the restaurant was very slow. Dinner buffet was also not very good. If u are visiting casino also, dinner is served in the restaurant only till 1am & it feels like they serve all the leftover food from the dinner service

Spa and breakfast was good The room was excellent

The room didn't have a mountain view. It has a hotel view. The dinner was horrible. The pool didn't have a heater, so what's the point of a pool in the mountains. The property was very small compared to the cost.
