INRooms are spacious.Walkable distance to M G ROAD, GANGTOK.Bedsize and blankets are very good.
The washroom needs to be more cleaned and the premium gadgets inside the washroom to be installed as per the hotel charges. The interior of the hotel rooms needs to be more decorated.
GBLocation was perfect. 4 minutes to main shopping mall and restaurants, but quiet.

INThe location is very near to MG Marg (Just 3-4 minutes). The views are good from the balcony. Ample Car Parking Space and beautiful premises. Rooms are clean and as per the visuals shown in this website. They have a cute Golden Retriever too.
Staffs should be more proactive. I had kept my luggage at 11:30 am for check in as they told that cleaning is being done in the room and left for city tour. Then when I cam back at 2pm, I found out that they forgot to actually clean the room and I got the room at 2:30pm. By the way the staffs are young, helpful and have good customer service and this may be a one off incident. The food can be a little more tasty.

I had to argue that my breakfast was included with my final price. I was made out to be a liar on both days of my stay. It is embarrassing having to argue with staff in front of other customers just to get what I paid for. The staff refused to believe I had inclusive breakfast. Bathroom toilet was leaking all over floor Shower didn’t work
