The receptionist (other than Sankar Reddy) took Rs100 extra from me. No bill issued for the stay or the amount charged from me. On 15th Aug afternoon it was raining & rainwater entered room no.309/10 that I was allotted. Even after complaining the receptionist did nothing. At last one waiter came after 45 mins, cleaned the water. After complaining to OYO helpdesk & waiting for 30 mins finally, the room was changed. The toilet in room no.309/10 was so small that u can't use washbasin when the door was opened. You had to cross the toilet to reach the water basin. On the whole complete waste & I will never recommend to any1 to use it. if anybody comes here & is allotted such rooms pls bring swimsuits & plastic boat to avoid flooding in the room+ helmet to protect your head from injuries in such flood situation.

Denied providing room after confirmation. Asked us to check in other hotels. Charged 1300 rupees instead of 987 rupees. I would request booking.com to delist or remove this hotel from listing. It would create bad reputation to booking.com.
