After staying for almost a week, the staff did not send water for an hour because they wanted to pick a fight about their room cleaning folk having missed out a tiny 300 ml water bottle. How pathetic can you get!

"Unprofessional Staff."

Nothing!

The staff was very slow at both check-in and check-out times. Made me wait 10 mins after I gave them my room key and then they kept on checking my room. First of all, as a hotel you don't do that, you just check if there is any pending room service bill. If 10 people check out at the same time, they will be doomed. They should stop claiming it to be a hotel. Not even OYO does that.
