The cleaning staff even cleaned my shoes when they did the room. They had a nice party for new years. The message was good They had everything we needed except for maybe a convince store with sundries like chips and vitamins

Key card had to be used to keep electric on and we were only given one key card so every time we left the cottage the refrigerator would turn off and tv settings lost phones not charged, etc. The cottage was a full kitchen, but no dishes were provided, not even plates and knife. Told they discourage use of the kitchen but it would have been nice to have dishes and silverware for snacks and even cook for a night. That is the expectation when you book a full kitchen. Staff did not know how to cook an egg over easy :(

The cottages are beautiful, clean, well kept and clean linen, comfortable. The restaurant is clean and beautiful. The spa was nice but the spa area requires a bit of improvement. The ladies the spa were great and friendly.

The breakfast and dinner do not match the standard of the hotel. The breakfast was below standard. The dinner was also below standard. They should improve their breakfast menu. The staff in the restaurant seem not to know much about their food, found them to be less interested in the guests and they seem to be less interested to answer when a guest asks for guidance with the menu. They are not friendly at all.
