Хотела, отношението на персонала, храната в ресторанта, паркинга, всичко е отлично! Отсядаме за втори път, ако пак пътуваме за Несебър, отново ще отседнем в този хотел!

Всичко беше на много високо ниво, винаги бихме се върнали с удоволствие!

Except for the disappointment sea view issue, we loved the hotel. The ladies in reception in check in and check out were very nice, kind and helpful. They did offer us a choice between the rooms (alas non actual sea view) The rooms on 2nd floor are very nice, comfortable and spacious. Complimentary water and coffee machine. Parking and entrance to the old Town arranged properly. Dinner was excellent. A huge choice of dishes all portions big and tasty. Perhaps not flexible in changes such as no potatoes, just broccoli, but we couldn't finish everything anyhow . Location is central and very quiet. We would definitely come back.

Not really full Seaview. If it wasn't for that issue it would have been a 10. But it is really annoying when a hotel which is second line from the sea advertises rooms as "sea view", when the true terminology for the very nice rooms with big windows and balconies on the second floor should be "partial sea view" or "obstructed sea view" As for the third floor, what I saw was an attic room with a very small window with sea view. One other minor improvement, for breakfast, if we would be to be able to choose eggs and yogurt, not just one or the other.
