Lovely setting and location

The bed was uncomfortable

Views were nice. Size of room good. Good for pets. Breakfast was good.

Cleaning standard was poor, shower hot water was poor had to ask 3 times to get it sorted. Moved room which was also not the cleanest. Bathroom door didn't shut. There was noise all night. Dinner in restaurant was terrible 😫.

Great location on John Muir Way. Food was very good and staff were pleasant and appropriately attentive.

Extractor fan in bathroom wasn’t working.

Rooms comfortable, staff freindly and food excellent

The ensuite room was not very clean and desparatly is needing a refurbishment. I told the manager this on departure.

Clean and modern room, comfortable bed.

The knocking/banging sound in the night, from what I assume was the boiler….

No staff after 11.00pm for guests

It was dusty, handle missing from fridge cupboard door and placed in a drawer, and very noisy

The Assistant Manager was very informative and helpful. She was also nice and chatty, which we loved. The food was great value for money and a nice clean pub.

We thought the room was very expensive, given the location. It was more expensive than a night in an apartment in Glasgow
