Rooms comfortable and clean. View was great. Andy, Annie and Fraser were fantastic and made us feel so welcome in the restaurant. Drinks and food amazing.

"It's a cosy little base to explore Scotland from, with nice food available over the road."

Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, they were accommodating for our dog. The location is close enough to big cities while having an authentic village feel.

There isn't much to do within walking distance of the hotel but you can drive to nearby towns in 10-15 minutes.

Really nice setting by the Marina, lovely restaurant where the food was really good. Staff were excellent, my wife has some mobility issues due an ongoing illness and had a fall on the way into the restaurant. They took care of her really well. Couldn't ask for any more. First class.

Just be aware the entrance to the restaurant and rooms are separate. Not really an issue, but weather was awful while we were there - nothing a good coat can't take care of though.

Property was in bad need of upgrading lots of broken and worn in room was not value for money and because of that would not stay or recommend
